Preparation For Daily Routine.

Well Daily routine sets you up for what ever you want and need. The night before we are thinking what we need to do? or maybe the week before etc. If you are really busy or you most probably fully booked. So have you created a routine that allows you to get in everything you want and need? with the help of preparation. What ever you are doing in life, where, what, how. We all need routine! When we have a routine you have boundaries, structure and you set yourself up positively for what ever the day brings.

It’s always a work in progress, isn’t it? Sometimes we are all over the place and feel it completely. Needing to be grounded by our daily routine. I know I do because I am successful when I’m prepared. On my days off, Here and there I like a break it, but to be honest especially when it comes to being healthy or our health, I much prefer to be organized with my routine. I do not like to miss a beat. Do you have preparation and a routine to make sure the little and the big things get done? Regardless of a day off or not?

The night before, before I go to bed I have to prepare for my husband and I, so we can start the day off with a healthy routine. It saves time and you feel that you are organized and in control. It prepares your day with a positive mindset. There are times where I waist time and then I am unable to do something that is part of my routine and it throws me off for either part of my day or the whole day. How about you? How do you feel when you have a great routine? and when it’s broken, how do you feel?

How does being prepared and having a routine have to do with boundaries? Well we are more focused aren’t we? We are more grounded within ourselves and that creates boundaries in all areas of our life. So if we are taught this from an early age, it helps us and sets us up in life in many ways. If we have not been taught, you simply learn to create them. Most of us it is easy and somethings are more or easier than others, perseverance and preparation will always be a dividing factor. Enjoy it because it is satisfying to creating daily routine, especially when you prepare in advance.

Can there be to many things in your routine? Are there negatives to doing to many things? in order to be what you want and to make sure you stay healthy etc. Yes! sometimes it can be and it can make you anxious, it is always best to listen to how you feel and getting anxious means time for a break. It is always important to listen to our intuition on how we feel because it is our inner connection that is our guidance system. Sometimes things get to much, that’s ok just be. Understanding that when we break our routine tomorrow is a new day and a new beginning. So be open to your needs. Yet if you can combine two things together or change when you do things, so there is less stress and more flow. What ever you need to do, do. When do we change our routine, when ever we feel we need a change. Life is an adventure with structure, routine and preparation allow you to create and have time for everything and anything. Organization gives you structure and then gives you time to smell the roses, walk in nature, run a mile, climb a tree, day dream or whatever your imagination can think of.

Some of the things I do to help the morning routine is the night before.

I put my ingredients in our mugs for our herbal coffee’s

I get our liquid herbs ready in our shot glasses

Squeeze a lemon

Put my vegies or fruit in the sink to soak in the sink for juicing the next morning.

get clothes ready

vitamins in a container

they are most of the things that I prepare for the next day. What do you in your preparations?

Creating a happy and healthy mental and emotional environment that enables you to get more out of life, to put more into life, is always a win, win. Well I think so. Don’t you?

Loving life in every moment.
